Director of Inside Sales

Position Summary
UbeCube is a small start-up injection molding facility with great potential. Our main focus is our
patented storage cube. We are also interested in OEM injection molding. Our ideal
candidate for this position will be someone who is ready to help build this small company to realize its
potential through excellent teamwork and dedication.
The Sales Director will oversee all sales operations for the organization. Responsible for recruiting,
selecting, and onboarding new inside sales team members. Developing and maintaining strong client
relationships with manufacturing representatives and onboarding new ones to ensure they have the
necessary tools, training, and resources.
In addition to direct sales calls, the Sales Director will proactively attend industry trade shows to
network, showcase products, and generate new sales leads. They will also drive and monitor operational
sales processes, ensuring compliance with key sales tools and maintaining data integrity around the
sales forecast, lead management, and sales activities.

Responsibilities
 Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
 Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key representatives
 Evaluating costs and pricing to ensure profitability when selling to customers
 Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new Inside Sales team
members
 Attend industry trade shows and make direct sales calls.
 Driving and monitoring operational processes to ensure compliance with sales tools,
documentation of the sales pipeline, forecasting, and data integrity.

Qualifications
 Bachelors’ degree in business and 5 to 7 years sales experience
 Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
 Skilled in project management, including planning workflows, implementing internal
checks, and facilitating meetings.
 Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills

 Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and working with digital files
 Must understand how to work with Fortune 100 vendors
