Purchase Terms
All prices displayed on the UbeCube website are quoted in U.S. dollars. UbeCube may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States. UbeCube will add shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes as necessary. UbeCube reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on the UbeCube website without incurring any obligation to you. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute UbeCube's acceptance of an order. Prior to UbeCube's acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. UbeCube reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from UbeCube, for any reason. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to pricing information or typographical error, UbeCube shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, UbeCube shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Payment
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from UbeCube that (a) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (c) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes. UbeCube reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. UbeCube does not accept reseller or sales and use tax exemption certificates for online sales.
