Doesn’t look like a clunky rack — it actually feels like part of the furniture. Plus, since it’s modular, I know I can expand or reconfigure if I need more space later.

Good quality, and pretty good value to get 4 crates and a handful of shelf kits... Not tall enough to use the rod holders to get coats and such hung up, but can get rods close enough to still put shoes on top of them which is nice

How do I get the right rods or dowels for the Kickstand II?

The Kickstand II works with any standard 1.25" wooden or metal dowel — the same type used for closet rods. You can find them at most home-improvement stores in the shelving or lumber aisle. Once cut to your desired width, simply quarter-turn the RodSnaps™ into place on both towers, align them at the same height, and rest the dowel into the built-in half-round cradle. The rods sit securely without tools or hardware, giving you an instant floating shoe or clothing rack between towers.

How do I install the rods between towers?

The RodSnaps™ attach directly to the outer faces of each crate using UbeCube's patented quarter-turn system. Align the towers, quarter-turn your RodSnaps into place, and simply place in your 1.25" rods. No tools required.

How many pairs of shoes can it hold?

Each crate comfortably fits two pairs of standard sneakers. With four crates and two standard rods, a Kickstand II setup typically holds 12–14 pairs, depending on footwear size and spacing.

What if I need space for boots or larger shoes?
